Temperature Labels

A single-use tip indication called a TiltWatch® XTR is used to keep an eye on items that need to stay upright. The TiltWatch XTR will produce proof of improper handling if the shipment is tipped once it has been attached to the packing. However, the movement brought on by typical handling circumstances has no effect on the tilt indication.

Instructions for use:-

Holding the TiltWatch XTR upright, remove the adhesive liner from the back of the device. The TiltWatch XTR is armed when the adhesive liner is taken off. For the best performance, apply the TiltWatch XTR on an oil-free surface in a temperature range above 10°C/50°F.

Tilt Watch plus:-

A tip indicator called the Tiltwatch XTR is used to track if products that need to remain upright have been tipped or not. The Tiltwatch can be attached to a product thanks to its adhesive backing. In the event that the product has been tilted during shipment, the label’s indicator will become red.

The precise tilt angle or whether a complete overturn took place are both indicated by this 360° monitoring indicator.

Shockwatch

If the package has been dropped from a specific height or has been struck during transport, the indicator windows on these ShockDot labels will turn red. The many weight variations that are available are suitable for a variety of packed products depending on the design of your product and the type of protective packaging being utilised.

These parcel monitoring devices are offered in compact packs of 50 and are perfect for fragile, high-value, or unusual objects traveling through lengthy or short transit voyages. These real-time feedback monitors warn handlers that the package is being watched while helping to ensure product quality from sender to recipient.

Label should be placed 30.5–35.5 cm (12–24 inches) up from the box’s bottom. Optional: On the other side of the package, place a second indicator in the same location. Replace the ShockWatch Label Indicator with two if the package is twice as long as it is wide.
